生物制药专业“基因工程”课程思政的探索与实践

摘要 从科学精神、创新精神、民族精神等角度对“基因工程”课程中隐含的思政元素进行挖掘,通过学生预习、教师讲授、翻转课堂、案例教学、视频教学、讨论教学以及线上线下相结合的混合式教学方法,将思政元素有机地融入课堂教学中,实现了知识传授和思政素质培养的教学目标。该课思政教学改革效果显著,学生对教学效果评价分值达到93.0分,同时,87.5%的学生表示会努力成为具有专业知识、人文知识、思辨能力的现代生物制药人。 From the perspectives of scientific spirit,innovative spirit,national spirit,the implied ideological and political elements in the course of Genetic engineering were explored.Through the blended teaching methods of student preview,teacher teaching,flipped classroom,case teaching,video teaching,discussion teaching and the combination of online and offline teaching,the ideological and political elements were organically integrated into classroom teaching,by which the teaching goals of knowledge impartation and ideological and political quality cultivation were realized.The effect of the ideological and political teaching reform in this course is remarkable.The students’evaluation of teaching effect reached 93.0 points,meanwhile,87.5%of the students stated that they would work hard to become modern biopharmaceutical persons with professional knowledge,humanistic knowledge and critical thinking ability.
