摘要
以“五联并举”育人机制就中职学校的宠物养护与经营专业中“宠物训练与表演”课程教学模式进行探究,通过组建校企联合体、联合共建实训基地、打造对接市场的驯导平台,联合搭建“企业驯导师+学校专业教师”双元教学团队、共同培养学生综合能力,联合设计顺应新时代的城市伴侣犬教学内容,联合编写活页式家庭伴侣犬驯导手册,联合开发数字化资源,促使专业教学成果推广,探究中职宠物养护与经营专业中驯导课程的“三驯三练”教学模式,旨在培养市场需求的宠物行业急需的驯导从业人员。
This paper explores the teaching model of the Pet Training and Performance course in the pet care and management major of secondary vocational schools under the“Five-in-One”education mechanism.By establishing a school-enterprise consortium,jointly building a training base,creating a market-oriented training platform and jointly building a dual teaching team of“enterprise trainers+school professional teachers”,the students’comprehensive abilities are cultivated;by jointly designing teaching content for urban companion dogs in the new era,compiling a loose-leaf manual for family companion dog training and jointly developing digital resources,the professional teaching achievements are promoted.The exploration aims to cultivate urgently needed training personnel in the pet industry demanded by the market through the“three trainings and three practices”teaching model in the training courses of the pet care and management major.
