学科交叉背景下力学专业研究生培养方式探索

Discussion on the Cultivation Mode of Postgraduates in Mechanics under the Background of Interdisciplinary

党的二十大报告中明确提出,要加强基础学科、新兴学科、交叉学科建设。力学作为基础学科,在学科交叉建设稳步推进过程中,面临难得的发展机遇,亟须探索解决学科交叉背景下力学学科发展诸多问题。指出了新时代发展交叉学科的必要性,论述了培养具有学科交叉背景研究生的重要性。以武汉大学力学学科为例,阐述了力学学科发展现状,分析了学科交叉背景下力学学科研究生培养模式,从顶层设计、培养模式、管理制度等方面指出了现阶段研究生培养模式存在的问题,并提出了相应的举措和建议。

In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is clearly proposed to strengthen the construction of basic disciplines,emerging disciplines and interdisciplinary disciplines.Mechanics,as a basic discipline,is faced with a rare development opportunity in the process of steadily advancing interdisciplinary construction,and it is necessary to explore many problems in the development of mechanics under the background of interdisciplinary construction.The paper points out the necessity of developing interdisciplinary subjects in the new era,and discusses the importance of cultivating graduate students with interdisciplinary backgrounds.Taking the discipline of mechanics of Wuhan University as an example,this paper expounds the development status of the mechanics discipline,analyzes the cultivation mode of the postgraduates in mechanics under the background of interdisciplinary,points out the problems existing in the postgraduate cultivation mode at the present stage from the aspects of top-level design,training mode and management system,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and practices.
