“学做融合”的师范生教学技能培训模式探讨

摘要 在以学生为中心,注重产出导向,持续改进的师范类专业认证理念下,各师范类院校不断推进和完善教师教育质量保障体系,切实提高师范生质量。目前,师范生技能培训中存在懂理论重实践的专业师资缺乏、教学技能课程设计缺乏整体性、教学技能培训流于形式、学生对教学技能认知不足等问题,导致师范生理论与实际脱节,难于理解和把握教学理论和要领,因此对教学设计意图把握不准,对教学设计效果不能做出清晰的判断与预测。在杜威“做中学”理论、陶行知“教学做合一”理论以及构建主义学习理论的指导下,从外因和内因两个方面给出了“学做融合”教学训练模式的五个具体实施措施。 Under the concept student-centered,output oriented,continuous improvement of professional certification of teachers,all normal colleges and universities continue to promote and improve the quality assurance system of teacher education,and improve the quality of normal students.At present,a lack of professional teachers who understand teaching theory and pay attention to practice,lack of integrity of teaching skills curriculum design,formalistic teaching skills training,lack of students’awareness of teaching skills training and other problems exist in skills training for normal students,which make the normal students cannot find the connection between the theory and practice.So the teaching theory and essentials are difficult for them to understand and grasp,and the intention of teaching design cannot be accurately understood.Therefore,the effect of instructional design cannot be clearly for them to judge and predict.Under the guidance of Dewey’s“learning by doing”theory,“Integration of teaching,learning and doing”theory of Tao Xinzhi,and constructivist learning theory,five specific implementation methods for teaching skills training mode of“integration of learning and doing”are presented from both internal and external factors.
