护理专业实习护生职业态度的影响因素及对策

Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Professional Attitude of Nursing Students

护理事业的健康发展,需要护生具有稳定的职业态度。目前,我国的护理领域面临着护士短缺的问题,同时部分护理专业毕业生选择离开临床护理岗位,转向其他行业或相关领域,导致护理专业人才流失。这不仅与社会因素有关,护士的职业态度也是关键因素。在临床实习中,各种因素都会影响护生形成良好的职业态度。在阐述和分析护生职业态度的定义、现状以及测评工具的基础上,分析实习阶段护生职业态度的影响因素,并提出相应对策。

The healthy development of nursing career requires nursing students to have a stable professional attitude.At present,the nursing field in China is faced with the shortage of nurses.At the same time,some nursing graduates choose to leave the clinical nursing positions and turn to other industries or related fields,resulting in the loss of nursing professionals.This is not only related to some social factors,but more importantly,the professional emotion and attitude are also the key factors affecting the nurses’professional attitude.In the clinical practice,various factors will affect the nursing students to form a good professional attitude.On the basis of explaining and analyzing the definition,status quo and evaluation tools of the nursing students’professional attitude,the influencing factors of the internship nursing students’professional attitude are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
