基于设计伦理与价值的老旧小区边界空间设计研究

Research on Boundary Space Design of Old Residential Communities Based on Design Ethics and Values

老旧小区承载着几代居民的生活记忆,构建了人们生活与交往的密切关系,蕴含着丰富的生活文化。城市中现存的老旧小区建于20世纪50年代至90年代,普遍存在基础服务设施匮乏、公共活动空间不足、边界空间利用率低等问题。近年来,老旧小区边界空间的封闭开发模式给城市空间形态、社会经济、人群心理等带来了一系列的负面影响,严重影响了居民的日常生活,亟需更新。文章针对当前国内外老旧小区边界空间的研究现状进行分析,提出了基于设计伦理和价值的老旧小区边界空间设计方法和策略,以期为老旧小区边界空间设计提供一定的借鉴。

The old community carries the living memory of several generations of residents,constructs the close relationship between people's life and communication,and contains rich life culture.The existing old residential areas in the city were built from the 1950s to the 1990s,and there are widespread problems such as lack of basic service facilities,insufficient public activity space and low utilization rate of boundary space.In recent years,the closed development mode of the boundary space of old residential areas has brought a series of negative impacts on the urban spatial form,social economy and crowd psychology,seriously affecting the daily life of residents,and it is in urgent need of updating.Based on the analysis of the current research status of the old residential area boundary space at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the design methods and strategies of the old residential area boundary space based on the design ethics and value,in order to provide some reference for the old residential area boundary space design.
