包容性视角下合肥城市公共交通设施适老化设计

Design of Aging Friendly Public Transportation Facilities in Hefei City from an Inclusive Perspective

随着人口老龄化的加剧和城市化进程的快速推进,城市中老年人口的数量持续增长,他们的出行问题日益受到社会各界的关注。文章首先引入了包容性设计的概念,并以合肥市为例,通过实地调查和定性分析的方法,揭示了合肥市公共交通服务设施中存在的问题。其次,从包容性设计的角度出发,深入调查分析了老年人的出行需求以及城市公共交通设施的适老化设计现状。最后,笔者提出了包括视觉引导、公交站台优化和车内服务设施改进等在内的包容性设计策略,并进行了设计实践。以期进一步提升老年人的出行体验,推动老年友好型社会建设,并为相关领域提供实践参考。

With the intensification of population aging and the rapid advancement of urbanization,the number of elderly people in cities continues to grow,and their travel problems are increasingly receiving attention from all sectors of society.The article first introduces the concept of inclusive design and uses Hefei as an example to reveal the problems in public transportation service facilities in Hefei through field investigations and qualitative analysis methods.Secondly,from the perspective of inclusive design,an in-depth investigation and analysis were conducted on the travel needs of the elderly and the current status of aging friendly design for urban public transportation facilities.Finally,the author proposed inclusive design strategies including visual guidance,optimization of bus stops,and improvement of in car service facilities,and conducted design practices.In order to further enhance the travel experience of the elderly,promote the construction of an elderly friendly society,and provide practical references for related fields.
