摘要
为加强钻井资产设备管理,实现“两降一提高”的目标,本研究以资产设备全生命周期管理为核心,构建了基于监测技术和物联网技术的钻井资产设备运营系统,并从系统架构和功能模块两个方面进行了详细阐述。经研究,该系统突破了传统的资产设备管理方式,能够通过对设备状态、使用和维修等全过程的统一管理,实现各场景中的高效管理。
In order to strengthen the management of drilling assets and equipments and realize the goal of“two reductions and one improvement”,this study constructs a drilling assets and equipments operation system based on monitoring technology and Internet of Things technology with the core of assets and equipments full life cycle management,and elaborates on it in detail from the aspects of system architecture and functional modules.After research,the system breaks through the traditional way of asset and equipment management and is able to realize efficient management in various scenarios through the unified management of the whole process of equipment status,use and maintenance.
