随着科技的飞速发展和信息技术的广泛应用,信息化技术已成为提高水利水电工程施工效率、管理水平和工程质量的重要手段。首先,本文探讨了信息化技术在水利水电工程施工中的应用,主要涉及实时数据收集和工程进度管理两方面。其次,分析了当前信息化技术在水利水电工程施工中面临的问题,主要包括数据安全防护和技术人才短缺。最后,针对上述问题,本文提出了加大技术投入、加强员工培训、提升管理人员信息素养等解决策略,并探讨了这些策略具体发挥的作用,以促进水利水电工程信息化建设的进一步发展。

With the rapid development of science and technology and the wide application of information technology,information technology has become an important means to improve the construction efficiency,management level and project quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects.Firstly,this paper discusses the application of information technology in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects,mainly involving real-time data collection and project schedule management.Secondly,it analyzes the problems faced by information technology in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects,mainly including data security protection and shortage of technical personnel.Finally,in view of the above problems,this paper puts forward solutions such as increasing technical investment,strengthening staff training and enhancing information literacy of managers,and discusses the specific role of these strategies,so as to promote the further development of information construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
