摘要 高校智能问答系统是近年来互联网技术发展的产物,它结合了知识图谱、自然语言处理、大语言模型等技术,旨在为校园内的师生提供信息查询、问题解答等服务。通过自然语言处理技术,系统可以更加智能地理解和处理用户的问题。结合大语言模型和知识图谱,能够实现校园智能问答系统的知识检索、问题理解和答案生成等功能,提高系统的智能化水平,提高用户体验和问题解决的准确性。 The intelligent question answering system in colleges and universities is the product of the development of Internet technology in recent years.It combines knowledge mapping,natural language processing,large language model and other technologies to provide information query,question answering and other services for teachers and students on campus.Through natural language processing technology,the system can more intelligently understand and process user questions.By combining large language models and knowledge graphs,it can achieve functions such as knowledge retrieval,problem understanding,and answer generation in the campus intelligent question answering system,improve the system’s intelligence level,and enhance the accuracy of user experience and problem solving.
