摘要
根据江西某云英岩型钽铌矿的性质,设计浮选工艺流程方案,进行粗选浮选细度、浓度、开路、闭路、粗精矿精选及尾矿综合回收试验研究。结果表明,通过浮选工艺方案可得到原矿产率为0.03%、Ta_(2)O_(5)品位为16.99%、Nb_(2)O_(5)品位为25.66%、Ta_(2)O_(5)原矿回收率为38.99%、Nb_(2)O_(5)原矿回收率为58.89%的水冶钽铌粗精矿,尾矿经综合回收试验可得到原矿产率为26.01%、Li_(2)O品位为2.30%、Rb_(2)O品位为0.75%的铁锂云母精矿及原矿产率为63.45%、K_(2)O+Na_(2)O含量为4.4%、Fe_(2)O_(3)含量为0.07%的石英-长石精矿,为后续矿山生产或同类型矿石的选矿工艺选择提供参考。
According to the characteristics of a Yun-quartz tantalum niobium ore in Jiangxi Province,the flotation process is designed,and the flotation fineness,concentration,open circuit,closed circuit,rough concentrate cleaning,and comprehensive tailings recovery are studied.The results show that through the flotation process scheme,a hydrometallurgical tantalum niobium coarse concentrate with a raw ore yield of 0.03%,Ta_(2)O_(5) grade of 16.99%,Nb_(2)O_(5) grade of 25.66%,Ta_(2)O_(5) recovery rate of 38.99%,and Nb_(2)O_(5) recovery rate of 58.89%could be obtained.The tailings are subjected to comprehensive recovery tests to obtain iron lithium mica concentrate with a raw ore yield of 26.01%,Li_(2)O grade of 2.30%,and Rb_(2)O grade of 0.75%,as well as quartz feldspar concentrate with a raw ore yield of 63.45%,K_(2)O+Na_(2)O content of 4.4%,and Fe_(2)O_(3) content of 0.07%.This provides a reference for subsequent mining production or selection of beneficiation processes for similar ores.
