摘要
厌氧生物处理具有容积负荷高、能耗低、运行费用低及占地面积小等优势,已广泛用于污水处理领域。但厌氧微生物的生长周期长,易受多种因素影响,造成厌氧系统的启动速度较慢,系统管理也比较复杂。以贵州某白酒产业园白酒废水污水项目为背景,进一步研究总结厌氧生物处理工艺的特点,分析快速稳定启动厌氧系统的工艺控制条件,提出一种有效处理高浓度白酒废水的工艺流程。
Anaerobic biological treatment is widely used in the field of sewage treatment because of its high volume load,low energy consumption,low operating costs and small footprint.However,due to the long growth cycle of anaerobic microorganisms,they are easily affected by many factors,and the start-up speed of anaerobic system is slow,and the system management is also complicated.Based on the liquor wastewater wastewater project of a liquor production park in Guizhou province,this paper further studies and summarizes the characteristics of anaerobic biological treatment technology,analyzes the process control conditions for rapid and stable start-up of the anaerobic system,and expounds an effective process flow for the treatment of high-concentration liquor wastewater.
