基于社区实践的城市生活垃圾分类管理研究

Study on Classified Management of Municipal Solid Waste Based on Community Practice

随着城市化进程的加快,生活垃圾的产生量显著增加,给城市环境带来巨大的压力。传统垃圾处理方式已难以应对日益严峻的环境问题,垃圾分类因此成为一项重要的措施。对垃圾实施分类处置,可以有效减少垃圾对环境的污染,同时提高资源的回收利用效率。然而,垃圾分类的推广与实施仍面临诸多挑战,尤其在居民的接受度和政策的执行力方面。基于此,探讨如何通过社区层面的管理与政策引导,促进垃圾分类在城市中的有效实施,为未来的垃圾分类政策提供借鉴。

With the acceleration of urbanization process,the production of domestic waste has increased significantly,which brings great pressure to the urban environment.The traditional way of garbage disposal has been difficult to deal with the increasingly serious environmental problems,so garbage classification has become an important measure.Through the classified disposal of garbage,we can effectively reduce the pollution of garbage to the environment,and improve the efficiency of resource recovery and utilization.However,the promotion and implementation of garbage classification still face many challenges,especially in terms of residents’acceptance and policy implementation.Based on this,this paper discusses how to promote the effective implementation of waste classification in cities through management and policy guidance at the community level,and to provide reference for the future waste classification policy.
