黑臭水体底泥修复中载体微生物技术的应用研究

摘要 载体微生物技术具有高效、环保和经济等优点,可应用于黑臭水体底泥修复。以江苏省常州市黑臭河道整治工程为例,探讨载体微生物技术在城市黑臭水体底泥修复中的应用效果。试验选取十字河为场地,持续150 d,使用沸石作为载体固定光合细菌,并实时监控底泥和上覆水。结果显示,底泥中有机质及Cu、Zn、Ni、Pb、Cd、Cr等重金属含量显著降低,上覆水中化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、总氮(Total Nitrogen,TN)、总磷(Total Phosphorus,TP)的去除率显著提升,证明该技术能有效改善水质并增强水体自净能力。研究表明,载体微生物技术可以提高菌体密度,避免菌体流失,为城市黑臭水体底泥治理提供一种长效的方法。 The immobilized microorganism technology has the advantages of high efficiency,environmental protection,and economy,and can be applied to the remediation of black and odorous water body sediments.Taking the black and odorous river regulation project in Changzhou city,Jiangsu province as an example,the application effect of immobilized microorganism technology is explored in the remediation of urban black and odorous water body sediments.The experiment selects the Shizi River as the site and lasts for 150 d,and Zeolite is used as a carrier to fix photosynthetic bacteria,and real-time monitoring of sediment and overlying water is conducted.The results show that the organic matter and heavy metal contents such as Cu,Zn,Ni,Pb,Cd,Cr in the sediment are significantly reduced,the removal rates of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),Total Nitrogen(TN),and Total Phosphorus(TP)in the overlying water are significantly improved,proving that this technology can effectively improve water quality and enhance the self purification capacity of water bodies.Research has shown that carrier microbial technology can increase bacterial density,avoid bacterial loss,and provide a long-term method for the treatment of urban black and odorous water body sediments.
