摘要
目的探讨妇科临床实践规培中临床实习联合模拟患者演练的应用效果。方法于2021年9月至2022年9月在潍坊医学院附属医院妇科接受规培的医师中选取30名作对照组,采用常规教学模式进行培训;于2022年10月至2023年10月在潍坊医学院附属医院妇科接受规培的医师中选取30名作观察组,实施临床实习联合模拟患者演练教学。对两组入科时与出科时的学习成绩、临床思维、实践能力与应急能力、规培医生对教学方法的认同度进行对比。结果观察组出科时的理论、技能操作考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出科时的医学生临床思维能力评价量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出科时的迷你临床演练评估、应急能力考核量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组规培医生对教学方法的认同度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科临床实践规培中应用临床实习联合模拟患者演练有助于进一步提升教学效果,提高规培医生理论、技能操作成绩,并促进其临床思维、实践能力与应急能力有效提升,且规培医生对此教学法的认同度较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical internship combined with simulated patient exercises in gynecological clinical practice s tandardized training.Methods A total of 30 phys icians who received standardized training in the Department of Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as a control group and trained using conventional teaching methods,30 physicians who received standardized training in the Department of Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as an observation group,to implement clinical internships combined with simulated patient exercises.The a cademic performance,clinical thinking,practical and emergency response abilities,and the recognition of teaching methods by standardized trained physicians between two groups at the time of admission and exit were compared.Results The theoretical and skill operation test scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at the time of exit,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the clinical thinking ability evaluation scale scores of medical students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the time of exit,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the mini cex clinical exercise evaluation and emergency capability assessment scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at the time of exit,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the observation group had a higher level of agreement with the teaching methods among the standardized trained physicians compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical internship combined with simulated patient exercises in gynecological clinical practice standardized training can further improve teaching effectiveness,improve the theoretical and skill operation scores of training physicians,and promote their effective improvement of clinical thinking,and practical and emergency response skills.Moreover,standardized training physicians have a high level of agreement with this te aching method.
