本文总结文仲渝教授论治小儿腺样体肥大的诊疗思路和用药经验。文仲渝教授翻阅古籍发现并无儿童腺样体肥大相应的中医病名描述及独立的辨证论治体系,遂其在多年临证中结合小儿生理病理特点以及小儿腺样体肥大的疾病特点,初提“鼻痹”的中医病名,并在总结历代医家经验的基础上,结合川渝地域特点,提出“肺经伏火、痰湿互结、气滞血瘀”三因致“鼻痹”(腺样体肥大),运用“宣肺清热、化痰散结、行瘀通窍”三法进行辨证施治,自拟宣肺散结通窍汤加减进行治疗。最终形成了一套包含中医病名-辨证论治-遣方用药的理论体系,临床运用数十载,疗效显著。

This paper summarizes Professor Wen Zhongyu’s experience in treating children adenoid hypertrophy.Professor Wen Zhongyu looked through ancient books and found that there was no corresponding TCM disease name description and independent syndrome differentiation and treatment system for children adenoid hypertrophy.Therefore,in his years of clinical practice,he combined the physiological and pathological characteristics of children with the disease characteristics of children adenoid hypertrophy,and initially proposed the Chinese medicine disease name"Bi Bi".Based on summarizing the experience of medical practitioners in previous dynasties and combining with the regional characteristics of Sichuan and Chongqing,he proposed the three causes of"Bi Bi"(adenoid hypertrophy),which are"lung meridian fire accumulation,phlegm dampness accumulation,qi stagnation and blood stasis".He used the three methods of"dispersing lung and clearing heat,resolving phlegm and dispersing stagnation,and promoting blood stasis and opening the orifices"for syndrome differentiation and treatment,and self formulated the Xuanfei Sanjie Tongqiao decoction for the treatment.A theoretical system including traditional Chinese medicine disease names,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and hidden prescription medication was ultimately formed,which has been clinically applied for decades and has shown significant therapeutic effects.
