In the era of intelligence,the digital transformation of organized research governance is an inevitable choice to respond to the digital strategy of education,seizing the development opportunity of digital economy,and promoting the modernization of scientific research governance.The study found that there are problems in limited data empowerment level of scientific research subjects,insufficient sharing of governance content data resources,obstructed organizational operation mechanism of governance process,and ineffective decision-making and innovation of governance results.Digital empowerment brought development opportunities such as facilitating the transformation of production mode,innovating human-machine collaborative working mode,and reducing the cost of transforming scientific research results.It also fllows the governance logic of shaping the thinking of organized scientific research govermance enriching the content of organized scientific research governance,innovating the structure of organized scientific research governance,and creating the wisdom of organized scientific research governance together.In the future,we should focus on concept innovation and optimize the governance level of scientific research subjects;improve data standards and standardize the construction of scientific research content system;optimize the service process and improve the collaborative operation mechanism of scientific research;adhere to human-machine collaboration to improve the effectivenessof scientific research governance.
