在新文科建设背景下,高校文科人才培养体系专业培养目标定位有待厘清、课程体系构建有待更新、实践教学资源有待丰富、师资队伍建设有待优化,面对这些现实困境,需要从明确新文科人才培养目标定位、构建以学生为本位的新文科课程体系、重视文科类实践教学资源建设、强化文科师资队伍建设等方面入手,创新高校文科人才培养体系,提高新文科人才培养质量,以此促进新文科教育改革,加快实现教育现代化。

Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,the training system of liberal arts talents in colleges and universities has such realistic difficulties as the orientation of professional training objectives to be clarified,the construction of teaching staff to be optimized,practical teaching resources to be enriched,and the construction of curriculum system to be updated.It is necessary to innovate the training system of liberal arts talents in colleges and universities from the aspects of clarifying the orientation of new liberal arts talents training,strengthening the construction of liberal arts teachers,attaching importance to the construction of practical teaching resources of liberal arts,and constructing a student-oriented new liberal arts curriculum system.Only in this way can we actively act to promote thefinal realization of the ideal of new liberal arts education reform,economic and social development and national rejuvenation.
