研究生教育与数字经济耦合协调时空演化研究

Spatial-temporal Evolution of the Coupling Coordination Between Graduate Education and Digital Economy

摘要 基于2012—2021年全国30个省份研究生教育和数字经济的面板数据,构建研究生教育与数字经济评价指标体系,采用熵权法、耦合协调度模型、相对发展度模型和空间自相关模型分析其耦合协调发展情况。研究结果表明:我国研究生教育、数字经济以及研究生教育与数字经济耦合协调度均呈现增长态势,且存在显著区域异质性;数字经济整体发展速度大于研究生教育发展速度,研究生教育与数字经济耦合相对发展类型从数字经济滞后型向同步协调型和研究生教育滞后型转化;空间自相关结果表明我国研究生教育和数字经济耦合协调发展存在一定的空间正相关和空间集聚性,且东部地区呈现高耦合水平集聚。基于以上发现,我国应注重数字技术在研究生教育中的融入和应用,推动研究生教育数字化转型,赋能研究生教育高质量发展;对接数字经济建设需求,优化研究生教育培养体系;发挥高耦合地区的正向示范作用,统筹区域协调发展。 Based on the panel data of graduate education and digital economy in 30 provinces and cities from 2012 to 2021,the evaluation index system of graduate education and digital economy is constructed,and the coupled and coordinated development of graduate education and digital economy is analyzed by entropy weight method,coupling and coordination degree model,relative development degree model and spatial auto-correlation model.The results indicate that the coordination degree of graduate education,digital economy and graduate education-digital economy coupling is on the rise,although notable regional heterogeneity is observed.The overall development speed of the digital economy is greater than that of graduate education.Furthermore,the relative development type of the graduate education-digital economy coupling has shifted from a backward type of digital economy to a synchronous coordination type and a backward type of graduate education.The results of spatial auto-correlation show that the coupling and coordinated development of graduate education and digital economy in China have certain characteristics of spatial positive correlation and spatial agglomeration,and the spatial linkage pattern is higher in the eastern region.In light of the aforementioned findings,it is recommended that China prioritize the integration and application of digital technology in postgraduate education,drive the digital transformation of postgraduate education,facilitate the high-quality development of postgraduate education,align with the requirements of constructing a digital economy,optimize the training system for postgraduate education,and leverage developed regions to promote regional coordinated development.
