产教融合背景下专业学位研究生校企合作培养:价值逻辑、构成要素与优化路径

摘要 随着产教融合理念的深入推进,校企合作是落实专业学位研究生教育产教融合的实践形式。基于卓越工程师培养需求,校企合作培养在助力培养国家创新精神和实践能力高素质人才、提高高校研究生教育教学质量和专业化水平、提高企业行业市场竞争力以及提升学生未来职业发展能力等方面发挥着关键作用。专业学位研究生校企合作培养成效的显现,与政府政策指引、学校支持、企业资源供给和学生参与等多个构成要素之间的动态协同密切相关。在现实中,由于理念、目标、利益分配机制等方面的差异,专业学位研究生校企合作培养仍面临校企双方资源整合困难、人才培养与实践脱节、双导师制度未达到预期效果、合作机制评价标准不健全等现实问题和挑战,因此应优化校企合作培养计划与课程设置,建立校企合作实践教学体系与平台,强化校企合作师资队伍建设与管理,完善校企合作质量监控与评价体系,切实提升专业学位研究生人才培养质量。 With the in-depth promotion of the concept of industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation becomes a practical form of implementing industry-education integrationin professional degree graduate education.Based on the demand for the cultivation of excellent engineers,school-enterprise collaborative cultivation plays an important role in contributing to the cultivation of national high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability,improving thequality and specialization level of graduate education in colleges and universities,enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises,and improving students'career development in future.The effectiveness of school-enterprise collaborative cultivationof professional degree graduatestudents is closely related to the dynamic synergy among several constituent elements,such as government policy guidelines,school support,enterprise resource supply and student participation.However,in reality,due to the differences in concepts,goals,benefit distribution mechanisms and other aspects,the school-enterprise collaborative cultivation ofprofessional degree graduate students is stil facing such practical problems and challenges as the difficulties in integrating university and enterpriseresources,the disconnection between talent cultivation and practice,the failure of the dual-mentor system to achieve the expected effect,and the incomplete evaluation standards of the cooperation mechanism.Therefore,we should optimize theschool-enterprise collaborative cultivation plan and curriculum,establish the practice teaching system and plaform,strengthen its construction and management,and improve the quality monitoring and evaluation system of school-enterprise cooperation,so as to effectively improve the quality of professional degree postgraduate personnel cultivation.
