摘要
新质生产力的提出,是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的总体性人才诉求。在教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的战略背景下,师范生作为基础教育教师的预备力量,关系全社会生产力培育的基础性问题。因此,应立足新质生产力提出背景,理顺发展新质生产力与师范生培养的理论、历史、实践等三重逻辑关系;结合新质生产力的内涵要求,分析师范生培养在专业能力、终身学习、创新实践、数字信息素养等方面的挑战,继而面向新质生产力发展诉求,通过更新师范生培养理念、丰富师范生培养课程体系、创新师范生协同培养方式、优化师范生培养评价方案等路径,实现高质量、专业化、创新型的现代师范人才培育,以赋能新质生产力发展和社会变革。
The proposal of new quality productivity is an overarching talent demand for building a strong modern socialist country.In the strategic context of strengthening the country through education,science and education,and talents,teacher trainees,as the preparatory force for teachers in basic education,are related to the fundamental issue of cultivating productive forces in the whole society.Therefore,we should base ourselves on the background of the new quality productivity,straighten out the theoretical,historical and practical triple logical relationship between the development of new quality productivity and the training of teacher trainees;analyze the challenges of teacher trainees'training in terms of professional competence,lifelong learning,innovation and practice,and digital information literacy in light of the connotation of the new quality productivity;then face the demands of the development of the new quality productivity by updating the concepts of the training of teacher trainees,enriching the training of teacher trainees and innovating the training of teacher trainees.Then,facing the demands of the development of new productivity,we should update the concept of teacher training,enrich the curriculum system of teacher training,innovate the collaborative training method of teacher training,and optimize the evaluation scheme of teacher training,so as to realize the cultivation of high-quality,specialized and innovative modern teacher training talents,and to empower the development of new productivity and the reforms.
