血液系统疾病相关骨损害研究进展

摘要 血液系统疾病是继发性骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)的重要病因,除了疾病自身致病因素外,相关治疗方案亦对骨代谢产生负面影响,由此导致了此人群中高OP患病率及骨质疏松性骨折风险。然而,其发病机制目前尚未明确,同时缺乏相关诊疗管理建议。因此,本综述分别从致病危险因素与机制、骨损害表现及诊治进展总结了常见血液系统疾病导致继发性OP最新进展,以期为血液系统疾病相关继发性OP的诊疗及管理提供新的思路。 Hematological diseases are an important cause of secondary osteoporosis(OP).In addition to the pathogenic factors of the disease itself,the related treatment strategies also have a negative impact on bone metabolism,leading to a high prevalence rate of OP and the risk of osteoporotic fractures in this population.However,its pathogenesis is not clear at present,and there is a lack of relevant suggestion for the diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,this review summarizes the epidemiology,risk factors and mechanisms,manifestations of bone damage,and progress in diagnosis and treatment of common hematological diseases complicated with OP,in order to provide ideas for the diagnosis,treatment,and management of the secondary OP related to hematological diseases.
