摘要
近年来,全球各国纷纷加大对科技金融的支持力度,积极推动科技金融发展,提升国家科技创新能力和经济竞争力。为了科学准确地刻画中国区域科技金融发展水平,为相关领域的深入研究提供基础性数据,利用中国具有代表性的各大统计年鉴发布的省级层面微观数据,采用主观赋权与客观赋权相结合的方法来确定权重,编制了一套覆盖中国31个省份2009至2019年的科技金融发展水平指数,以反映中国不同地区科技金融发展趋势:中国区域科技金融发展水平总体上表现出了明显的地区收敛特征,同时也具有很强的空间集聚性和空间异质性。这表明中国区域科技金融仍存在一定的发展空间。
In recent years,countries around the world have increased their support for science and technology finance,actively promoted the development of science and technology finance,and enhanced national scientific and technological innovation capacity and economic competitiveness.In order to scientifically and accurately depict the development level of China's regional science and technology finance and provide basic data for in-depth research in related fields,the provincial-level microscopic data released by China's representative major statistical yearbooks are used to determine the weights by combining subjective and objective empowerment.The index reflects the development trend of science and technology finance in different regions of China:the development level of China's regional science and technology finance generally shows obvious regional convergence characteristics,but also has strong spatial agglomeration and spatial heterogeneity,which indicates that China's regional science and technology finance still has a certain space for development.
