泽曲湿地高寒沼泽草甸植物群落物种多样性与谱系多样性研究

摘要 为了探索高寒沼泽草甸植物群落物种多样性和谱系多样性特征,本文对泽曲高寒沼泽草甸植物群落数量特征进行野外调查和测定,构建基于样地植物物种的系统发育树和谱系多样性指数。结果表明:植物有21科44属66种,主要优势种为西藏嵩草(Carex tibetikobresia)、青藏薹草(Carex moorcroftii)等;物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener、Simpson、Pielou指数分别为25.0、2.58、0.88和0.83;PD为1478.82~2585.74,MPD为232.65~262.47,MNTD为81.46~95.02,NRI为-0.725~0.829,NTI为-0.340~0.433;物种丰富度与NTI、Shannon-Wiener指数与MPD间呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。不同区域的高寒沼泽草甸植物谱系多样性存在异质性,有些群落为聚集的系统发育结构,由更多亲缘关系相近的物种聚集,有些群落为发散的系统发育结构,由亲缘关系较远的物种相对较多聚集,反映出高寒沼泽草甸植物群落谱系发育的多样性和复杂性。 In order to explore the characteristics of species diversity and phylogenetic diversity of plant communities in alpine swamp meadow,the quantitative characteristics of plant communities in alpine swamp meadow in Zequ were investigated and determined in the field,and the phylogenetic tree and phylogenetic diversity index based on plant species in the plot were constructed.The results showed that there were 66 species of plants belonging to 44 genera and 21 families,and the main dominant species were Carex tibetikobresia and Carex moorcroftii.The species richness,Shannon-Wiener index,Simpson index and Pielou index were 25.0,2.58,0.88 and 0.83,respectively.PD was 1478.82~2585.74,MPD was 232.65~262.47,MNTD was 81.46~95.02,NRI was-0.725~0.829,NTI was-0.340~0.433;there was a significant positive correlation between species richness and NTI,Shannon-Wiener index and MPD(P<0.05).The plant phylogenetic diversity of alpine swamp meadow in different regions is heterogeneous.Some communities are clustered phylogenetic structures,which are gathered by more closely related species,and some communities are divergent phylogenetic structures,which are gathered by more distantly related species,reflecting the diversity and complexity of plant community phylogenetic development in alpine swamp meadow.
