摘要
针对5t轮式矿用装载机工作装置,进行有限元分析和结构优化。应用SolidWorks软件建立与实际情况相同的三维模型,通过ANSYS软件对典型载荷工况下的静态结构进行分析,得到工作装置的总变形图和等效应力图,确认应力集中区域。对应力集中区域进行合理改进,实现工作装置的结构优化。研究结果可以作为矿用装载机工作装置设计和结构优化的依据,对工程机械的设计具有参考价值。
Finite element analysis and structure optimization were carried out for a working device of 5 t wheeled mine loader.SolidWorks software was employed to establish an identical 3D model as the actual situation.ANSYS software was used to analyze the static structure under typical load condition,and the total deformation diagram and equal effect force diagram of working device were obtained to confirm the stress concentration area.The stress concentration area was reasonably improved to realize the structural optimization of working device.The research result can be used as a basis for the design and structure optimization of working device of mine loader,and provide reference for the design of construction machinery.
