梁柱式高压挤压设备主机架的设计

摘要 高压挤压技术作为一种厨余垃圾处理的高效处理技术,应用日益广泛。对梁柱式高压挤压设备主机架进行设计,通过SolidWorks软件进行实体建模,导入ANSYSWorkbench软件进行有限元分析,设计得到强度和刚度均满足要求,抗疲劳性能良好的梁柱式高压挤压设备主机架。同时介绍了梁柱式高压挤压设备的应用案例。 As an efficient treatment technology for kitchen waste disposal,high pressure extrusion technology is increasingly widely used.The host frame of beam-column high pressure extrusion equipment was designed.Solid modeling was carried out by SolidWorks software,and finite element analysis was carried out by importing it into ANSYS Workbench software.The host frame of beam-column high pressure extrusion equipment with good fatigue resistance was designed,strength and stiffness both meet the requirements.Simultaneously,the application case of beam-column high pressure extrusion equipment was introduced.
