基于数据挖掘探究中医古籍治疗肥胖症的用药规律

Research on the medication patterns of treating obesity in ancient literatures of traditional Chinese medicine based on data mining

目的:挖掘整理古代医籍中治疗肥胖症的医案,探析其用药规律,为临床治疗肥胖类疾病提供借鉴。方法:在《中华医典》(第5版)电子版中输入“肥人”“肉人”“膏人”“脂人”“体盛”等检索词,全文检索治疗肥胖的相关文献。运用Excel 2021收集整理文献数据,采用SPSS Statistics 26.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0对所纳药物进行整理统计、关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果:共收入处方106首,涉及中药68味,用药总频次为501次。频次居前4位的药物为苍术74次、半夏51次、白术35次、天南星33次。性味归经的统计分析结果显示,药味以温为主,其次为寒和平。五味的统计分析中,辛、苦、甘居多。归经以脾经最多,其次为胃经、肝经等。关联规则分析共得到21个核心药物组合。系统聚类分析高频药物(频次≥10)得到3个药物组合。结论:古医籍文献中肥胖医案的治疗用药有一定规律性,核心药物组合体现出主要是在利水渗湿、健脾祛湿等方面对肥胖症进行治疗,对于过食肥甘、痰湿内盛、脾失健运等导致的肥胖具有一定的治疗效果。古代医家的核心组方药物对中医临床治疗肥胖症具有一定的借鉴意义,并为研发相关创新药物组合提供数据参考。

Objective:To explore and organize the medical records of treating obesity in ancient medical records,analyze their medication patterns,and provide reference for clinical treatment of obesity related diseases.Methods:Search terms such as Feiren(肥人),Rouren(肉人),Gaoren(膏人),Zhiren(脂人),Tisheng(体盛)were inputted into the Chinese Medical Code(5th edition),and a full-text search of relevant literature was conducted on obesity treatment.Excel 2021 was used to collect and organize literature data.SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to conduct statistical analysis,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis on the received drugs.Results:A total of 106 prescriptions were received,involving 68 traditional Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of medication was 501 times.The top 4 drugs with the highest frequency were Cangzhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis)74 times,Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)51 times,Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae)35 times,and Tiannanxing[Rhizoma erubescens(Wall.)Schott]33 times.The statistical analysis results of the tropism of sexual taste to meridians showed that the main medicinal taste being warm,followed by cold and peaceful.In the statistical analysis of the five flavors,the majority were spicy,bitter,and sweet.The spleen meridian was the most common meridian,followed by the stomach and liver.Through association rule analysis,a total of 21 core drug combinations were obtained.System clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs resulted in three drug combinations.Conclusions:There is a certain regularity in the treatment of obesity in ancient literature,and the core drug combination mainly reflects the treatment of obesity in the aspects of clearing damp and promoting diuresis,strengthening the spleen and dispelling dampness.This has certain reference significance for the treatment of obesity in traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice,and provides data reference for the development of related innovative drug combinations.
