摘要
目的探讨智能穿戴康复系统对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月于海南省人民医院康复医学科住院治疗的60例脑卒中上肢功能障碍患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患者采用综合康复治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用智能穿戴康复系统康复治疗,治疗时长均为两周。入组时和治疗两周后分别采用Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分法(FMA-UE)和改良Barthel指数评分法(MBI)评估两组患者的上肢运动功能和日常生活能力,以评价两组患者治疗后的效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的FMA-UE评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的FMA-UE评分均较治疗前明显提高,且观察组患者的FMA-UE评分为(15.27±4.57)分,明显高于对照组的(12.20±4.48)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的MBI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的MBI评分均较治疗前明显提高,且观察组患者的MBI评分为(68.83±8.73)分,明显高于对照组的(60.17±11.80)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能穿戴康复系统可明显地促进脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能康复和提高日常生活能力,为患者重返家庭社会提供有力帮助。
Objective To investigate the effects of intelligent wearable rehabilitation system on upper limb motorfunction and ability of daily living in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Sixty stroke patients with upperlimb dysfunction who were hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Hainan General Hospital fromJanuary 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group byusing the random number table,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with comprehensiverehabilitation therapy,while those in the observation group were treated with intelligent wearable rehabilitationsystem on the basis of the treatment in the control group.At the time of enrollment and after 2 weeks of treatment,the upperextremity motor function and ability of daily living of the the two groups of patients were evaluated by Fugl-MeyerAssessment Upper Extremity Scale(FMA-UE)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI),respectively,to evaluate the efficacyin the two groups after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference inFMA-UE scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMA-UE scores of both groups of patientswere significantly improved compared to that before treatment,and the FMA-UE score of the observation groupwas(15.27±4.57)points,significantly higher than(12.20±4.48)points of the control group,with statistically significantdifferences(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the MBI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After two weeks of treatment,the MBI scores of the two groups were significantly increased,and the score ofthe patients in the observation group were(68.83±8.73)points,significantly higher than(60.17±11.80)points in the controlgroup,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The intelligent wearable rehabilitation systemcan significantly enhance the rehabilitation of the upper limb motor function and improve the ability of daily living instroke patients with hemiplegia,thereby providing substantial assistance for their reintegration into family and society.
