摘要
干燥综合征是以唾液腺、泪腺等外分泌腺功能受损为主要病变的慢性自身免疫性疾病。目前诊断干燥综合征的常用检查方法均具有一定的局限性。超声作为无创的影像学检查方法可以从二维、彩色血流、组织弹性、微循环灌注等多方面提供信息,已广泛应用于干燥综合征诊断中。本文对各超声诊断技术在干燥综合征唾液腺、泪腺检查评估的研究进展进行综述。
Sjogren’s syndrome(SS)is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by impaired exocrine gland function,including the salivary and lacrimal glands.However,commonly employed diagnostic tests for SS have some limitations.Ultrasound,as a noninvasive imaging modality,can offer valuable insights through two-dimensional imaging,color blood flow analysis,tissue elasticity assessment,microcirculation perfusion evaluation,and other parameters.Consequently,ultrasound has gained widespread adoption in the diagnosis of SS.This article provides a comprehensive review of the research advancements in each ultrasound diagnostic technique for assessing salivary and lacrimal glands function in SS.
