血清SDF-1、TIM4水平对支气管哮喘患者气道重构程度的预测价值

摘要 目的探究分析对于支气管哮喘疾病患者机体内血清SDF-1、TIM4水平对该病气道重构程度的预测价值。方法在我院2022年6月-2023年11月,选取100例患有支气管哮喘患者,根据患者气道重构程度分成两组。分别是支气管哮喘伴有轻症气道重构程度患者40例作为轻症组;支气管哮喘伴有重症气道重构程度患者60例作为重症组。从而对两组血清SDF-1、TIM4水平、气道炎症标志物进行比较,分析影响支气管哮喘患者预后的多因素、血清SDF-1和TIM4水平相关性、血清SDF-1和TIM4水平与支气管患者气道重构程度的相关性,以及血清SDF-1、TIM4预测支气管哮喘患者气道重构程度的效能。结果对于轻症组的患者,重症组患者的血清SDF-1、TIM4水平明显更高(P<0.05);轻症组和重症组患者的炎症标志物(IgE、FeNO)相比,重症组患者相较于轻症的炎症标记物(IgE、FeNO)水平更高(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,支气管哮喘患者发生气道重构的危险因素包括RV%、FeNO、TIM4、IgE、SDF-1、CRP、IL-8(P<0.05);ROC曲线显示,SDF-1、TIM4联合检测对支气管哮喘患者气道重构程度预后的敏感性、特异性较高(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者血清SDF-1、TIM4水平与气道重构程度之间存在相关性,可能是影响支气管气道重构加重的危险因素,对气道重构程度存在一定预测价值。 Objective To explore and analyze the predictive value of serum SDF-1 and TIM4 levels on the degree of airway remodeling in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods From June 2022 to November 2023,100 patients with bronchial asthma were selected and divided into two groups according to the degree of airway remodeling of the patients.40 bronchial asthma patients with mild airway remodeling were included in the mild group;60 patients with bronchial asthma with severe airway remodeling were included in the severe group.Thus,the serum SDF-1,TIM4 levels,and airway inflammation markers of the two groups were compared to analyze the multiple factors affecting the prognosis of patients with bronchial asthma,the correlation between serum SDF-1 and TIM4 levels,and the correlation between serum SDF-1 and TIM4 levels and the degree of airway remodeling of bronchial patients.And the efficacy of serum SDF-1 and TIM4 in predicting the degree of airway remodeling in patients with bronchial asthma.Results For patients in the mild group,the serum levels of SDF-1 and TIM4 were significantly higher in the severe group(P<0.05);Compared with inflammatory markers(IgE,FeNO)in mild and severe patients,inflammatory markers were higher(IgE,FeNO)(P<0.05);Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for airway remodeling in patients with bronchial asthma included RV%,FeNO,TIM4,IgE,SDF-1,CRP and IL-8(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the sensitivity and specificity of SDF-1 and TIM 4 combination tests in patients with bronchial asthma were high(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between serum SDF-1 and TIM4 levels and the degree of airway remodeling in patients with bronchial asthma,which may be a risk factor affecting the exacerbation of bronchial airway remodeling,and has a certain predictive value for the degree of airway remodeling.
