介绍声纹识别技术的基本原理和特点,详细阐述该技术在设备工况监测、生物处理过程控制及泄漏检测等方面的具体应用方法。通过某煤化工企业污水处理站的案例分析,展示基于声纹识别技术的智能优化控制系统在提高化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)去除率、降低污泥产率和能耗方面的显著成效。研究表明,声纹识别技术为煤化工废水处理提供了新的解决方案,有望推动该领域向智能化、精细化发展。
This article introduces the basic principles and characteristics of voiceprint recognition technology,and elaborates on the specific application methods of this technology in equipment condition monitoring,biological treatment process control,and leak detection,Through the case analysis of a wastewater treatment plant in a coal chemical enterprise,the significant effectiveness of an intelligent optimization control system based on voiceprint recognition technology in improving the removal rate of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD),reducing sludge yield,and energy consumption was demonstrated.Research has shown that voiceprint recognition technology provides a new solution for coal chemical wastewater treatment,which is expected to promote the development of this field towards intelligence and refinement.
