基于声音传感技术的煤矿综采作业安全监测系统设计

摘要 针对煤矿综采工作面复杂多变的环境特点和安全监测的实时性需求,设计一种基于声音传感技术的安全监测系统。该系统利用压电式传感器采集综采工作面的声音信号,并通过小波包分解和支持矢量机算法实现声音信号的特征提取与安全状态识别。仿真实验结果表明,该系统能够准确识别设备异常和安全事故。 A safety monitoring system based on sound sensing technology is researched and designed for the complex and changeable environmental characteristics of fully mechanized mining face and the real-time requirement of safety monitoring.The system uses piezoelectric sensors to gather sound signals and processes them with wavelet packet decomposition and support vector machine algorithms to identify features and detect safety issues.Simulation tests show that the system can effectively recognize equipment problems and safety incidents.
