摘要
学科交叉型组织是法国研究型高校推动有组织科研的一种微观模式。通过"平行贯通"制度设计实现科研与教学组织的分离,以学科为纽带统领科研与教学两类组织建设。教学与科研职能的分离有助于强化科研组织的研究型定位,同时促进组织内部学科交叉融合。学科交叉有助于破除束缚科研组织创造力的学科壁垒,围绕重大现实问题或理论流派布局研究梯队,拓展校内外合作网络,并在国家层面进行灵活调控。法国高校基层组织创新背后有四大关键性支撑要素:科研与教学组织相分离的制度文化基础,交叉学科作为有组织科研的载体,国家与高校在有组织科研中的角色互补,科研活动组织化水平的边界及限度。
Interdisciplinary research organization is an organizational model innovation carried out by French research-oriented universities.Through intersection of research and teaching organizations,the separation of research and teaching systems is realized.This organizational design helps to strengthen the research competence of organizations and to promote cross-disciplinary integration.Interdisciplinary research can help break down the disciplinary barriers,arrange research teams around strategic research areas or theoretical schools,expand cooperation networks,and conduct flexible regulation by the state.Four underlying factors are worthy of attention:the underlying cultural-institutional basis for the separation of research and teaching systems;interdisciplinary subjects as the carrier of organized research;interrelated roles of the state and universities;and the limits and boundaries of organized research.
