摘要
中场转型课程是美国高等教育机构为应对人口结构变化、满足中老年人生涯转型需求、直面社会危机挑战而探索的终身教育模式创新。通过对美国大学已实施项目的具体分析,发现其教育实践主要包括:以成就标准与多元理念贯彻招生策略,以实践导向与灵活原则组织课程教学,以充分支持与严格管理保障教育质量,以社会影响力与个体收获考量项目成效。中场转型课程具有以下特色:促进中老年人生涯角色转换与责任担当、通过跨学科教学拓展多元转型,满足个性化需求助推学习型社群构建,推行代际交流与互动促成双向受益等。总体来看,该项目在个体发展、教育创新和社会贡献三个层面均具有重要的价值和意义。
The Midlife Transition Program is an innovative lifelong education model developed by higher education institutions in response to demographic shifts,aimed at addressing the career transition needs of the middle-aged and elderly,and confronting broader societal challenges.An analysis of programs implemented in American universities reveals that the educational practices of these initiatives primarily include:implementing enrollment strategies based on achievement criteria and diverse concepts;organizing curriculum and teaching in a practice-oriented and flexible manner;ensuring education quality through full support and strict management;and evaluating project outcomes considering social impacts and individual gains.Additionally,the program is distinguished by its efforts to facilitate career role transitions and responsibilities for middle-aged and elderly individuals,expand multidimensional transitions through interdisciplinary teaching,meet personalized needs to promote the construction of learning communities,and foster intergenerational exchange and interaction for mutual benefit.Overall,this program holds significant value and meaning in the realms of individual development,educational innovation,and social contribution.
