考虑板边余量的双曲度板曲面定位方法

A Surface Localization Method of Double Curved Plates Considering Edge Margin

摘要 传统船体双曲度外板加工过程中,工人采用样板和样箱进行钢板形状的检测。随着非接触测量和检测技术的发展,开发符合船厂实际制造需求的曲面成形检测算法已成为关键问题之一。为此,提出适用于不同板边余量设置的曲面定位算法。针对三维激光扫描仪获取的双曲度板点云数据,采用点云切片法对双曲度板精度边的点云数据进行精简和有序化处理;然后采用包括特征角点定位和精度边定位的粗定位算法对具有板边余量的双曲度板进行处理,在精度边受约束的条件下使用迭代最近点算法进行双曲度板的精细定位;最后给出双曲度板成形的偏差分布色差图。不同案例的计算结果表明该曲面定位算法是有效的,能够满足钢板实际加工过程中的造船精度要求。 In the processing of the traditional hull double curved plate,shipwrights use templates and sample boxes to check the shape of the steel plate.With the development of non-contact measurement and inspection technology,it has become one of the key problems to develop an inspection algorithm after surface forming that meets the actual manufacturing needs of shipyards.For this purpose,this paper presents the surface localization algorithm which is suitable for different edge margin of the plate.Firstly,for the point cloud data of curved plate acquired by 3D laser scanner,the point cloud slicing method is used to simplify and order the point cloud data of the precision edge of curved plate.Then,the rough localization algorithm including feature corner localization and precision edge localization is used to deal with the double curved plate with edge margin,and the iterative closest point algorithm is used to fine localization of the double curved plate under the condition of the precision edge constraint.Finally,the color difference diagram of the deviation distribution of the double curved plate forming is given.The calculation results of different cases show that the surface location algorithm is effective,which can meet the requirements of shipbuilding accuracy in the actual process of steel plate manufacturing.
