摘要
文中对TA23薄板钛合金设计了对接接头和十字接头两种接头尺寸,开展了系列疲劳试验,得到了两种焊接接头的疲劳等级曲线.参考现有规范及学者建议的三种不同虚拟半径值0.05、0.3、1 mm,基于缺口应力评估方法对两种接头在焊趾处构建了三种不同的虚拟半径圆弧,建立有限元模型.计算对应的缺口应力,结合试验数据,拟合两种焊接接头在三种不同虚拟半径下统一的S-N曲线,分析分散带指数.结果表明:1 mm的虚拟半径更适用于TA 23薄板钛合金.
Butt joint and cross joint were designed for TA23 thin titanium alloy,and a series of fatigue tests were carried out,and the fatigue grade curves of two welded joints were obtained.Based on notch stress evaluation method,considering the influence of different virtual radii on notch stress field,the notch stress concentration factors of two kinds of welded joints under different virtual radii were calculated by establishing finite element model.Combined with fatigue test data,the S-N curves and scatter index of two kinds of welded joints under different virtual radii were fitted to optimize the virtual radius of thin-plate titanium alloy structure.The results show that the virtual radius of 1mm is more suitable for TA 23 thin-plate titanium alloy.
