摘要
在沥青混合料中引入钢渣集料,制备了不同类型的OGFC-5沥青磨耗层,探究了磨耗层的组成设计,测试了磨耗层的飞散损失、析漏率、水稳定性、高低温性能、抗滑性能和抗剪切性能.结果表明:掺入钢渣轻微增加了OGFC-5沥青混合料的油石比,且钢渣细集料影响更为明显.与玄武岩磨耗层相比,钢渣磨耗层的飞散损失值和析漏率明显降低,残留稳定度和冻融抗拉强度比得到提升.全钢渣磨耗层的动稳定度和低温弯拉应变最大,分别为8750次/mm和3150με.在磨耗层中掺入钢渣集料可提升混合料的构造深度、摆值和剪切强度,显著提升抗滑性能和抗剪切性能.
By adding steel slag aggregate into asphalt mixture,different types of OGFC-5 asphalt wear layers were prepared,the composition design of wear layers was explored,and the flying loss,leakage rate,water stability,high and low temperature performance,anti-sliding performance and shear performance of wear layers were tested.The results show that the asphalt-aggregate ratio of OGFC-5 asphalt mixture is slightly increased by adding steel slag,and the effect of steel slag fine aggregate is more obvious.Compared with basalt wear layer,the flying loss and leakage rate of steel slag wear layer are obviously reduced,and the residual stability and freeze-thaw tensile strength ratio are improved.The dynamic stability and low-temperature bending and tensile strain of the all-steel slag wear layer are the largest,which are 8750 times/mm and 3150μεrespectively.Adding steel slag aggregate into the wear layer can improve the structural depth,pendulum value and shear strength of the mixture,and significantly improve the anti-sliding performance and shear performance.
