摘要
利用废旧PET塑料制备改性沥青,对不同PET掺量的改性沥青进行了频率扫描、重复蠕变试验和红外光谱检测等,并基于Burgers模型对改性沥青的重复蠕变试验结果进行系统分析。结果表明:在同一温度条件下,改性沥青的抗车辙因子随着PET塑料掺量的增加先增大后减小,说明适量的PET塑料能显著改善沥青的抗变形性能,过多的PET塑料会降低沥青的耐高温性能和抗变形性能。废旧PET塑料与基质沥青的混合过程主要是一种物理过程。
By using waste PET plastic to prepare modified asphalt,experiments such as frequency scanning,repeated creep test,and infrared spectroscopy detection were conducted on modified asphalt with different PET content.The repeated creep test results of modified asphalt were systematically analyzed based on Burgers model.The results show that under the same temperature conditions,the rutting factor of modified asphalt increases first and then decreases with the increase of PET plastic content.This indicates that an appropriate amount of PET plastic can significantly improve the deformation resistance of asphalt,while excessive PET plastic may reduce the high-temperature resistance and deformation resistance of asphalt.The mixing process of waste PET plastic with base asphalt is mainly a physical process.
