新质生产力视域下应用型人才培养路径研究 被引量:1

Research on the cultivation path of application-oriented talents from the perspective of new-quality productivity

摘要 发展新质生产力对人才培养提出了更高的要求,应用型人才的培养需要主动适应要素融合、新技术发展、产业转型升级等内在要求,调动多重维度资源,改革完善现有培养模式的不适应之处,培养既具备专业技术知识和实践能力,又具备新技术应用能力和跨学科整合能力的高素质复合型人才。运用文献研究和实证研究方法,对应用型人才培养现状及其环境支撑进行考察。结果表明,应用型人才培养的有效优化路径包括三个层面:在宏观维度上,加强要素融合基础上的制度设计;在中观维度上,对接服务地方产业转型升级;在微观维度上,改革院校人才培养机制。 The development of new-quality productivity has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents.Application-oriented talents cultivation needs to proactively adapt to the inherent requirements of factor integration,the development of new technologies,and industrial transformation and upgrading,mobilize multi-dimensional resources,reform and improve the inadaptability of the existing cultivation mode,and cultivate high-quality versatile talents who not only possess professional technical knowledge and practical ability,but also have the ability to apply new technologies and integrate interdisciplinary knowledge.By using literature research and empirical research methods,this study examines the current situation and environmental support for the cultivation of application-oriented talents.The results show that institutional design based on strengthening element integration at the macro level,connecting services for local industrial transformation and upgrading at the meso level,reforming the training mechanism of colleges and universities at the micro level are effective optimization paths for the cultivation of application-oriented talents.
