深化铁路货车修程修制技术研究

摘要 为进一步推动铁路高质量持续健康发展,提高车辆检修质量和使用效率,合理匹配检修资源,挖潜降低检修成本,进一步深化铁路货车修程修制改革的技术研究,运用大数据、科学分析及信息化手段,扩大修程修制改革车辆范围,通过技术可行性、安全风险可控性探索时间余量,确定不同车型的最佳检修方案;通过对制约检修周期的零部件规律研究,开展关键零部件寿命与检修周期、走行里程匹配性研究,提升关键零部件性能,为修程修制深化改革创造条件。 In order to further promote the high-quality,sustained and healthy development of railways,improve the quality and efficiency of vehicle maintenance,rationally match maintenance resources,tap potential and reduce maintenance costs,further deepen the technical research on the reform of railway freight car repair system,use big data,scientific analysis and information technology to expand the scope of vehicle repair system reform,explore time allowance through technical feasibility and safety risk controllability,finally the best maintenance scheme for different model trains is determined;By studying the laws of parts that restrict the maintenance cycle,the matching between the life of key parts,maintenance cycle and running mileage is studied,so as to improve the performance of key parts and create conditions for deepening the reform of repair system.
