摘要
为实现新钢10号高炉的节能降耗,采用绘制Rist操作线的方式,通过实际操作线与理想操作线的对比,计算出煤气利用率和热风温度对焦比的影响,从而指导生产。根据高炉冶炼强度与燃料比的对应关系,确定出最适冶炼强度,并通过逐步扩大风口面积,适当增加风量以达到燃料消耗的最低点;与此同时,逐步增加外围和中间区域的矿石环数,整体扩大焦炭角度,缩小矿石布料平台,并根据煤气分布情况适当扩大矿石批重,发展边缘和中心两股气流。通过优化送风制度和装料制度,高炉煤气利用率提高了1.55%。此外,更换了热风炉预热器以及使用热风炉无扰换炉技术,进一步提高并稳定了风温,热风温度由1184℃上升至1204℃,最终高炉燃料比降至502 kg/t,在同行业处于领先水平。
In order to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction of Xinyu No.10 blast furnace,the Rist operating line is drawn.By comparing the actual operating line with the ideal operating line,the influence of gas utilization rate and hot air temperature on coke ratio is calculated to guide production.Based on the correspondence between blast furnace smelting intensity and fuel ratio,determine the optimal smelting intensity,and gradually expand the tuyere area and increase the air volume appropriately to achieve the lowest point of fuel consumption;At the same time,gradually increase the number of ore rings in the outer and middle areas,expand the overall coke angle,reduce the ore distribution platform,and appropriately increase the ore batch weight according to the distribution of gas,developing two streams of airflow at the edge and center.By optimizing the air supply system and loading system,the utilization rate of blast furnace gas has increased by 1.55%.In addition,the hot blast stove preheater was replaced and the hot blast stove undisturbed replacement technology was used to further improve and stabilize the air temperature.The hot blast temperature increased from 1184℃to 1204℃,and the final fuel ratio of the blast furnace decreased to 502 kg/t,which is at a leading level in the same industry.
