摘要
为探究水库除险加固工程大坝帷幕灌浆施工工艺,助力提高水库除险加固工程质量,以某水库为例,分析水库大坝渗流,采取设计灌浆帷幕工艺灌浆材料、灌浆机具、帷幕参数等工艺参数,优化帷幕灌浆施工工艺。帷幕灌浆补强后对灌浆区开展检查孔压水试验,跟踪坝后渗透量。结果表明,渗透率均在5 Lu以下,符合防渗标准,可推广应用。
In order to explore the construction technology of dam curtain grouting,and help to improve the quality of dam reinforcement,the study takes a reservoir as an example;analyzes the seepage flow of reservoir dam;designs the process parameters,such as grouting materials,grouting machinery and curtain parameters;and optimizes the construction technology of curtain grouting.After curtain grouting reinforcement,the study conducts the test of checking pore pressure water in the grouting area to track the permeability behind the dam.The results show that the permeability is below 5 Lu,which meets the anti-seepage standard.It can be popularized and applied.
