摘要
随着工业化水平的提高,污水处理成为环境保护与水资源管理中的重要环节。为提高污水处理效率与自动化水平,基于网络结构设计计算机测控系统,结合先进的计算机技术、传感器技术和通信技术,实现污水处理厂对污水处理过程的数据采集、自动控制与实时监控。分析了系统设计方案,设计了污水处理测控系统。对测控系统各个模块的电路设计进行分析,研究上位机设计的两种模式,实现了对污水处理过程的高效管理和优化控制。
With the improvement of industrialization level,sewage treatment has become an important link in environmental protection and water resources management.In order to improve the efficiency and automation level of sewage treatment,the study designs the computer measurement and control system based on network structure,combines with advanced computer technology,sensor technology and communication technology;and realizes the data collection,automatic control and real-time monitoring of sewage treatment process in sewage treatment plant.The study analyzes the system design scheme,designs the sewage treatment measurement and control system,analyzes the circuit design of each module of the measurement and control system,and researches two modes of PC design to realize the efficient management and optimal control of the wastewater treatment process.
