海底小半径长距离隧洞衬砌施工技术及应用

摘要 核电站通常采用海水进行机组冷却,随着环保要求的提高,核电站冷却水通过海底隧洞排放至外海,隧洞需要衬砌,海底长距离隧洞施工对施工组织,有较高的要求。通过采用仰拱翻模工艺+边顶拱台车+异形模板,混凝土水平运输采用轨道式混凝土运输车的方式进行隧洞衬砌施工,保证混凝土的各项技术参数满足规范要求,解决特殊位置混凝土浇筑质量差的问题,提高整体施工质量和施工效率。 Nuclear power plants typically use seawater for unit cooling.With the increasing environmental requirements,cooling water from nuclear power plants is discharged into the open sea through underwater tunnels,which need to be lined.The construction of long-distance underwater tunnels has high requirements for construction organization.Tunnel lining construction is carried out through the use of inverted arch formwork technology,side and top arch trolleys,and irregular formwork,and the horizontal transportation of concrete is carried out using track type concrete transport vehicles.It can ensure that the various technical parameters of concrete meet the requirements of the specifications,solve the problem of poor quality of concrete pouring in special positions,and improve the overall construction quality and efficiency.
