摘要
近年来,随着国内交通水平大幅提高,各地公路修建呈网络状快速发展。在新型交通网络建设过程中,对既有道路的改造便是绕不开的话题。常规的拆除重建方式存在工期长、成本高、资源浪费等局限性,因此针对具体项目采用顶升抬高地施工方法对既有桥梁进行改造,在能够满足功能需求的同时,降低成本、提高功效。结合佛清从高速公路云路互通云石公路跨线桥顶升施工项目,对跨越既有通车高速的预制梁桥进行全桥同步顶升抬高施工技术进行探索,并结合项目实际情况对该施工方法进行研究分析,形成跨高速预制梁桥顶升的方案设计及施工经验,促进施工技术发展进步。
In recent years,with the significant improvement of domestic transportation level,the construction of highways in various regions has developed rapidly in a network like manner.In the process of constructing a new transportation network,the renovation of existing roads is an unavoidable topic.The conventional demolition and reconstruction methods have limitations such as long construction period,high cost,and resource waste.Therefore,adopting the method of lifting and elevating the ground to renovate existing bridges can not only meet functional requirements but also reduce costs and improve efficiency.Based on Foshan Qingyuan Conghua Expressway Project,this paper explores the construction technology of synchronous lifting and elevation of prefabricated beam bridges crossing existing highways.The construction method is studied and analyzed in combination with the actual situation of the project,forming a scheme design and construction experience for lifting prefabricated beam bridges crossing highways,and promoting the development and progress of construction technology.
