摘要
在大型水利工程中,采用钢管的型式应用于硬岩顶管越来越普遍,顶管钢管施工过程中对接焊缝焊接和检测的时间占较大的比重,焊接的质量和工效直接影响顶管的施工进度。基于韩江榕江练江水系连通后续优化工程中硬岩顶管钢管对接焊缝K型坡口不同尺寸型式对焊接质量和工效的影响,总结出使用的坡口尺寸,为顶管钢管焊接提供建议与意见。
In large-scale water conservancy projects,the use of steel pipes for hard rock roof pipes is becoming increasingly common.The welding and inspection of butt welds during the construction process of top pipe steel pipes account for a large proportion of the time,and the quality and efficiency of welding directly affect the construction progress of the top pipe.Based on the subsequent optimization project of Hanjiang Rongjiang Lianjiang water system connection,this paper analyzes the influence of different sizes and types of K-groove on the welding quality and efficiency of hard rock top pipe steel pipe butt welds,summarizes the groove sizes used,and provides suggestions and opinions for the welding of top pipe steel pipes.
