盾构隧洞环锚缓粘结钢绞线分级控制张拉技术

摘要 主要总结、论述盾构隧洞环锚缓粘结钢绞线分级控制张拉技术,经实际张拉数据验证,分级张拉各级张拉力均达到设计张拉力值,各束钢绞线张拉实际伸长值均满足计算理论伸长值,实际伸长值均在±6%范围内,根据此张拉技术,环锚缓粘结钢绞线张拉完成后混凝土未出现裂缝、钢绞线无断丝现象,满足设计及规范要求。从工艺方法、张拉技术和施工效率等方面大大减少了施工成本投入,提高了施工效率及质量。 This paper summarizes and discusses the graded control tensioning technology of shield tunnel ring anchor slow bonding steel strand.Through actual tensioning data verification,the graded tensioning forces at all levels have reached the design tensioning force values,and the actual elongation values of each bundle of steel strands meet the calculated theoretical elongation values.The actual elongation values are within±6%range.According to this tensioning technique,the concrete did not show cracks and the steel strands did not break after the tensioning of the ring anchor bonded steel strands,meeting the design and specification requirements.It greatly reduces construction cost investment,improves construction efficiency and quality in terms of process methods,tensioning techniques,and construction efficiency.
