摘要
随着社会的发展和施工技术水平的提高,为了充分利用土地资源,再加上施工项目本身及周边环境愈加复杂,人们开始设计越来越多的高层并往地下扩展空间,地下室的深度及规模越来越大,基坑围护结构越来越复杂。尤其在深大基坑工程中,支护形式复杂多样,现代的大型深基坑工程中,钢格构柱组合式基础作为施工塔吊基础,在建筑工程施工项目中应用越来越广泛。在深大基坑的施工过程中,创造条件保证塔吊尽早投入使用,对于减小基坑围护变形和提高地下室施工效率有着重要的意义,特别在软弱地质层条件下的深大基坑,采用格构柱组合式塔吊基础(即钢立柱加承台),可满足塔吊设备结构稳定和施工吊装需求,对该组合式基础施工技术控制要点进行探讨。
With the development of society and the improvement of construction technology,in order to fully utilize land resources,coupled with the increasing complexity of construction projects and surrounding environments,people are beginning to design more and more high-rise buildings and expand space underground.The depth and scale of basements are increasing,and the foundation pit enclosure structure is becoming more and more complex.Especially in deep foundation pit engineering,the forms of support are complex and diverse.In modern large-scale deep foundation pit engineering,the steel lattice column composite foundation is increasingly widely used as a construction tower crane foundation in construction projects.In the construction process of deep foundation pits,creating conditions to ensure the early use of tower cranes is of great significance for reducing deformation of the pit enclosure and improving the efficiency of basement construction.Especially in deep and large foundation pits under weak geological conditions,the use of a lattice column combined tower crane foundation(i.e.steel columns and abutments)can meet the structural stability and construction lifting requirements of tower crane equipment.This paper discusses the key points of construction technology control for this combined foundation.
