自动化集装箱码头门座起重机与IGV协同装卸作业工艺

摘要 为应对自动化集装箱码头人机交互作业的复杂性,提出一种门座起重机与智能导引车协同装卸作业工艺。该工艺通过精确的交通流规划、合理的作业间距设置、科学的作业顺序及调控机制制定、高效的交互作业机制构建,实现高效协同装卸作业。实际应用成果表明,该工艺可提升作业安全性,提高自动化运输设备的搬运效率,为传统集装箱码头向自动化升级提供参考。 To address the complexity of human-machine interaction operation in automated container terminals,a collaborative handling operation between portal cranes and intelligent guided vehicles is proposed.This process achieves efficient collaborative handling operation through precise traffic flow planning,reasonable spacing between operations,scientific operation sequence and regulation mechanism,and efficient interactive operation mechanism construction.The practical application results show that this process can improve operational safety,enhance the handling efficiency of automated transportation equipment,and provide reference for traditional container terminals to upgrade to automation.
