“党建+”理念下乡村文化建设的困境与对策研究——基于柳州市C村的实地调研

Research on the Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Rural Cultural Construction under the Concept of"Party Construction+"based on Field Investigation in C Village in Liuzhou City

柳州市C村发挥其深厚的彩调文化底蕴优势,在文化建设工作上取得了较为显著的成效。然而,通过深入调研发现,该村文化建设工作仍面临一系列困境,如非遗文旅产业链尚未形成、非遗传承主体老龄化、村居文化阵地类型较单一、文化建设资金投入不足等。基层党组织是推进乡村各项事业发展的关键“引擎”,在推进乡村文化事业和文化产业高质量发展进程中,党组织发挥着思想领航、组织护航和体制助航三大作用。为突破现有困境,乡村文化建设可在“党建+非遗文旅”“党建+人才支撑”“党建+文化阵地”“党建+乡风文明”等方面下功夫。

This paper conducts a field investigation in C Village in Liuzhou City,and finds that it has a profound foundation of Caidiao culture and has achieved certain accomplishments in cultural construction.However,it still faces issues such as incomplete intangible cultural heritage(ICH)tourism industry chains,aging of heritage inheritors,singular cultural positions,and insufficient funding.The Grassroots Party Organization,as the core force driving the development of various rural undertakings,plays an important role in thought leadership,organizational assurance,and systemic support for the high-quality development of rural cultural affairs and industries.To overcome current challenges,rural cultural construction should focus on strategies such as"Party building+rural civilization,""Party building+ICH tourism,""Party building+talent support,"and"Party building+cultural positions."
